We're excited to welcome you to Swing For A Soldier 2026!

Whether this is your first tournament or you've been with us for years, thank you for spending your day with us. Every golfer, sponsor, volunteer, and donor plays an important role in helping veterans and first responders attend Warrior PATHH at no cost to them.

Our goal is simple: create one of the most fun golf tournaments you'll ever play while supporting an incredible cause.

KNOW WHERE TO GO

Parking, Registration, Bag Drop, Practice Areas, Clubhouse & More

WHEN YOU ARRIVE

Parking

Parking is free at Gold Mountain Golf Club.

We recommend arriving between 8:00 and 9:00 AM. Arriving early gives you plenty of time to check in, enjoy breakfast and/or lunch, grab a beverage, warm up, browse the auction, and soak in the atmosphere before opening ceremonies begin.


Bag Drop

As you arrive, follow the signs to Bag Drop.

Our volunteers will unload your clubs and have them waiting on your assigned golf cart before the tournament begins.

After dropping your clubs, head to the Olympic Room for registration.


Registration

Registration Opens: 8:30 AM

At check-in you'll:

  • Confirm your team
  • Receive your bidder bracelet (don't lose it! You'll use it throughout the day and evening!)
  • Pick up your golfer swag bag
  • Confirm your course assignment and cart number
  • Add a credit card to your bidder number for games, raffles, contests, and auction purchases
  • Browse our silent and live auction items before heading to the course

8:30 AM – 11:00 AM

10:30 AM

Opening Ceremonies

Please plan to be situated up by the Putting Green and Driving Range area before 10:30 AM.

Opening ceremonies is one of the most meaningful parts of the day and something you won't want to miss.

11:00 AM

SHOTGUN START

Time to tee it up!


Approximately 4:00 – 5:00 PM

Golfers begin returning to the clubhouse.

Relax.

Grab a drink.

Reconnect with friends.

Take one more look at the silent and live auction items.

Is parking free?

Yes! Parking is free for all golfers and guests.


Will there be food before we golf?

Absolutely.

Come hungry!

Enjoy donuts from Zuri's Gourmet Donuts, lunch courtesy of Imperial Palace Casino, and morning libations before heading out to the course.


Will there be food on the course?

Yes!

Many of our sponsors provide snacks, drinks, and food throughout both courses.


Is there a driving range?

Yes! The practice facilities will be open before the tournament begins.


What should I wear?

Golf attire is recommended.

Be sure to check the weather forecast and don't forget sunscreenβ€”it can be a warm day on the course.


What if it rains?

We're golfing!

Swing For A Soldier is a rain-or-shine event, so dress accordingly.


Can I purchase raffle tickets, games, or auction items after I check in?

Absolutely.

Your bidder bracelet is linked to your account and can be used throughout the day and evening.
