What is Swing For A Soldier?
Swing For A Soldier is more than a golf tournament.
It’s a day of community, service, fun, and real emotion, where people show up for those who’ve carried more than most of us will ever understand.
Each year, this sold-out event brings together over 400 golfers, sponsors, volunteers, and supporters for a day on the course, followed by an evening of connection, stories, and impact. From the first tee shot to the final paddle raise, every moment is rooted in one shared purpose: showing our veterans and first responders that they are not alone.
Proceeds directly support the Permission to Start Dreaming Foundation, founded by Leslie Mayne in memory of her son, U.S. Army PFC Kyle Farr. Since 2010, the Foundation has been helping veterans, first responders, and active-duty service members not just survive trauma, but learn how to move forward with strength, purpose, and support.
Your support helps fund Warrior PATHH, a life-changing program that teaches those struggling with post-traumatic stress how to move forward through post-traumatic growth.
Because this isn’t just about golf.
It’s about giving people their lives back.
